Cancellations and refunds
Last updated: November 3, 2026
No checkout is operated here. These provisions explain enquiries and later separately accepted work.
1. The website itself has no checkout
Browsing these pages and preparing a local enquiry draft are free. The site collects no card details, takes no deposit and creates no paid subscription. There is consequently no website transaction to reverse merely because you changed your mind after viewing a page or filling in the enquiry fields. Closing an unsent draft leaves no service order here. A received enquiry is still a request to discuss work, not proof of an accepted purchase or an invoice.
2. Before accepting paid work
For a possible reference-led awning, tent and visual-communication information engagement, settle the scope, timing, price, payment stages and cancellation arrangements before work is accepted. Relevant deliverables include the reference topic, actual responsible supplier, dimensions, specification, quotation and fulfilment arrangements. Those details need to reflect the actual request and any third-party dependencies. No standard cancellation charge or guaranteed refund percentage is imposed by this page. If the parties use a separate engagement document, read its conditions together with any mandatory rights under applicable law rather than assuming a website overview covers every circumstance.
3. Changing or cancelling an accepted request
If you want to cancel work that has actually been accepted, communicate promptly and identify the agreement and the work affected. Ask for confirmation of what has been received and what can still be stopped. Opening an email application or deleting a draft is not a cancellation received by the other party. Depending on the agreement and applicable law, work already completed, specifically authorised expenses or irreversible third-party commitments may need separate consideration. Their existence and amount must be established from the actual record.
4. Concerns about the delivered scope
Explain a concern by referring to the agreed the reference topic, actual responsible supplier, dimensions, specification, quotation and fulfilment arrangements, the instructions supplied and the specific point that does not match them. Where appropriate, the parties can consider clarification, correction or another suitable remedy. A new preference, additional format or expanded request may instead be a change of scope. This page does not predetermine the remedy for every disagreement, promise unlimited rework or override rights concerning a service that fails to meet legally required standards. Keep relevant instructions and approvals available.
5. Third-party orders and commitments
A supplier’s production, printing, installation or delivery commitments are separate from this website’s local enquiry tool. No such order or payment is authorised by preparing a draft here. The initial website form does not authorise any such order. Ask which costs are included, which require your approval and who is the contracting party before committing funds. A cancellation request to this publisher does not automatically cancel a separate agreement with another provider. Likewise, a third party’s policy cannot by itself decide what is owed under a different agreement. Establish the actual payments and contractual roles when considering reimbursement.
6. How to raise a refund request
Use [email protected] for a request concerning an actual agreement with LAV JA ESTETICA AUTOMOTIVA LTDA. Include enough detail to identify the engagement, the relevant payment if any, the concern and the requested outcome. Do not send a full card number, online banking credentials or identity documents in the initial message. There is no automated refund button, reimbursement timetable or payment processor on this site. Any refund that is agreed needs an appropriate verified payment route and a record explaining the basis for that decision.
7. Statutory rights and updates
Applicable mandatory rights may govern cancellation periods, defective services, refunds or other remedies and take precedence where required. Nothing here requires someone to waive rights that cannot be waived or accept an invented universal no-refund rule. This page describes the website and enquiry process as of 3 November 2026. A future paid product, subscription or ordering feature would need conditions that describe that feature before use. For an existing engagement, review the terms actually accepted and the law applicable to that transaction.
