Privacy policy

How browsing, a local enquiry draft and optional email correspondence handle information.
1. Who publishes these pages
LAV JA ESTETICA AUTOMOTIVA LTDA publishes this website from AV MENINO MARCELO, 950, Q 761 LT 1076, SERRARIA, MACEIÓ - AL, 57046-005, Brazil. This policy explains information associated with browsing and making an enquiry about reference-led awning, tent and visual-communication information. The contact address shown throughout the pages is [email protected]. It is a published email destination, not a statement that a mailbox or forwarding service has been provisioned or that delivery is monitored continuously. Please distinguish the public website, the email application on your device and any later correspondence: they perform different operations and do not share a single website account.
2. Information used while browsing
The website has no login, membership account, customer profile or application dashboard. Viewing a page does not require a name, postal address, identity document or payment information. A browser nevertheless makes network requests for the requested HTML, style sheets, fonts, scripts and images. Those requests necessarily disclose connection information such as an IP address, requested path, time and browser headers to the network and hosting providers serving the page. Ordinary network delivery should not be confused with the local enquiry fields described below.
3. Fields you choose to complete
The enquiry screen asks for a name, reply email, optional company or project, an interest and a short message. These fields help describe an initial reference-led awning, tent and visual-communication information enquiry. Supply only the minimum information needed to explain the request. Do not put confidential project records, payment credentials or private third-party information in the message. There is no file-upload control and no reason to paste complete records merely to ask about scope. You can clear or edit these fields before preparing a draft; completing them does not enter a contract or make a booking.
4. What preparing a draft actually does
The Prepare email draft button validates required fields in your browser, builds a text summary and displays that summary on the page. This step does not submit the fields to a website database, send an email or create a server-side enquiry record. The summary includes the selected interest, including a recognised interest carried from a service link. The website does not intentionally save this draft in local storage or cookies. Browser autofill, page restoration and your device history are separate browser features under your own settings.
5. Choosing to open an email application
The optional Open in email application link uses a mailto URL addressed to [email protected]. Its subject and body contain the information visible in the draft. Opening that link may give those values to your default mail application or a mail handler you have configured. You decide whether to edit, discard or send the message there. An application may save a draft under its own settings. The website cannot verify that an application opened, that a mailbox exists, or that an email reached its recipient.
6. If you decide to correspond
If an enquiry is actually received, the information in that conversation can be used to understand the request, ask questions, discuss availability and keep a record of agreed instructions. A later engagement may require its own record of scope, approvals and invoicing, which is separate from this browsing tool. Information should be limited to people who need it for the conversation or service administration. This policy does not promise that every mail provider has the same storage location, security controls, delivery rules or retention behaviour.
7. Network services and measurement
The site is intended to be delivered through Cloudflare and shared web hosting. Cloudflare may process connection, security and performance information and may provide Web Analytics, email-address protection or network error reporting independently of the enquiry form. Hosting systems may maintain access and security logs. Such network features are not evidence that the website form transmitted its fields. The authored pages do not include advertising pixels, social feeds, remote video embeds, a payment gateway or a third-party form service. Fonts and example assets are loaded from local paths.
8. Purposes and appropriate grounds
Browsing data is used to deliver and protect the requested pages and understand network performance. Information voluntarily sent in a real conversation is used to respond and take steps requested before a possible agreement, or administer an agreed service. Applicable rules may also permit proportionate security, record keeping and compliance activity. Any additional use needs its own appropriate basis. Merely browsing a portfolio is not treated as permission to add someone to a marketing list, publish their message or use their identity as a testimonial.
9. Retention and practical deletion
There is no website customer account to close and no stored form submission to retrieve from a website database. A draft remains visible in the current page until changed, cleared or the page is closed, subject to browser restoration. Actual email correspondence can remain with the participants and their providers for the period needed to handle the enquiry, document instructions or meet applicable requirements. A deletion request should identify the conversation sufficiently to locate it. A specific universal retention deadline is not asserted for providers whose arrangements are outside this website.
10. Choices and information requests
You may browse without using the enquiry tool and can decide not to open or send the resulting draft. Use browser controls for autofill, history and site data, and your email provider controls for drafts and sent messages. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection concerning personal information, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Direct a request concerning this publisher to [email protected], with enough context to identify the matter. Legal conditions and proportionate identity checks may apply; unnecessary identity documents should not be sent initially.
11. Security, transfers and complaints
Use a device and network you trust. HTTPS protects transport to the website but does not make email an appropriate route for passwords, sensitive files or urgent instructions. Hosting, network and email services can process information in different countries under their own arrangements. The website does not certify every external provider or promise absolute confidentiality of an unsolicited message. If you believe information has been handled incorrectly, raise the issue with the publisher or the competent data protection authority. Nothing in this policy removes rights or complaint routes available under applicable law.
12. Updates and scope
This policy describes the static pages and local draft interaction as published on 3 November 2026. If a backend submission service, account system, checkout, mailing list or other materially different feature is later added, its information handling needs to be described before that feature is relied on. An external page or application reached through an ordinary link has its own policy. Check the displayed policy when deciding what to share. A date or future update does not retrospectively turn a locally prepared draft into a submitted enquiry.
